The Joint Chiropractic, a booming chiropractic franchise, is looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our clinic team in Happy Valley! We are go-getters, movers and shakers, and most importantly reliable advocates of wellness-centric chiropractic care.
We are currently accepting resumes for a Part-time Wellness Coordinator position at our Happy Valley Crossroads clinic. Candidates must have open availability including weekends.
Tuesday 9:45AM - 7PM
Thursday 9:45AM - 7PM
Saturday 9:45AM - 4PM
What is a Wellness Coordinator? Glad you asked! Wellness Coordinators walk our patients through their chiropractic journey. From a patient's first visit, our Wellness Coordinators are trusted advisors to our patients and offer guidance and customer service as they work with our chiropractic team to reach their fullest potential. Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Greet patients and assist patients in completing required paperwork
- Educate patients on wellness offerings with confidence
- Sell memberships, complete transactions using point of sale software, and ensure all member accounts are current and accurate
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
- Retail sales experience and/or marketing experience is required
- Cheerful and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Polished, professional image
- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
- Flexibility to travel between clinics
