Contract to Hire - ERP Training Lead Must be in Irvine, CA. Seattle, WA., or Portland, OR. Remote right now but likely will need to be open to moving to a Hybrid model in the near future. We are looking for someone with experience in developing approach, detailed plan and implementing training for an enterprise wide application with strong project management skills - ideally experience in Oracle / ERP across supply chain, HR, finance. Ideally this person has trained people in Oracle /ERP before and has experience leading a team of Trainers /Training teams. Experience with Articulate is preferred, along with other training tools. Duration: 6 month contract to hire Top Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in developing and planning an implementation training for an enterprise wide application.
- Ideally experience in training Oracle/ERP across supply chain, HR, and/or finance
- Experience with Articulate highly desired along with other training tools
- Strong project management skills required for leading and managing a team of trainers for the enterprise wide deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- This person will also help plan and implement a training program for supply chain deployment waves for 48 hospitals from October 2022 - March 2023.
Principal ERP Change Partner is responsible for change management of Enterprise Business Applications / ERP implementations projects, to ensure that change strategy and plan are appropriately developed and managed to support transition of technology, people, and process. Senior ERP Change Partner will facilitate change impact assessment for both Business and Information Systems stakeholders, develop and execute communications and training plans.
