Arcadia Security & Patrol, Inc. (ASAP) is hiring for the following Full Time positions:
- Experienced Armed Vehicle Patrol Officers
- Experienced Armed/Unarmed Static Officers
- Experienced Dispatchers
Please note all positions are for Graveyard shifts that vary and are between the hours of 1830-0700.
We have our own Internal Dispatch Center, ran right out of our corporate office in Vancouver that provides dispatching to our officers in the field for both our Portland/Vancouver field offices. This allows our officers in the field to focus on providing services with the assistance of a dispatcher at the push of the button on their two-way radio.
Officers working at Arcadia drive Ford Police Utility Explorers. We know that what our officers do is a professional job, and to be taken seriously in the field we provide our officers with the same gear and vehicles used by law enforcement. This includes computers in every vehicle that have company proprietary software that mirrors that of the software used by police agencies, in car radios, emergency lighting (light bars, spot lights, etc.), dash cameras, body cameras, top of the line uniforms by 5.11 Tactical, exterior vests for body armor and metal badges.

REVIEWS & RAISES
After 90 days officers receive their 1st performance review and are eligible for their first pay increase. A second performance review is conducted after 180 days, where officers are eligible for a 2nd pay increase. Upon completion of an officer's first year of employment, a third performance review is conducted, and officers are eligible for a 3rd pay increase. Additional reviews are performed yearly on an officer’s anniversary date of hire.

We expect our officers to take initiative while servicing our clients.
This is a physically demanding position that will require an officer to enter and exit a vehicle 50+ times each shift, walk up and down several flights of stairs in full duty gear, walk at brisk paces for up to several total miles each shift or even run at times. Being able to drive a patrol car 10+ hours per shift, and be able to physically defend yourself in the event of an altercation is a must.

Possess a Clean and Valid Class C Drivers License for Washington or Oregon
Able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test (employee use of marijuana is completely prohibited)

Static Officers $14.50-$16.00 based off of Background, Training and Experience.
