- Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store anddigital selling with effectiveuse ofselling tools (inclusive oftextandsocial media)
- Build lasting relationships withcustomers
- Give the best service to our customers on theirterms
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style andfit
- Seek fashion and product knowledge to build yourexpertise
- Work with the team to keep the departmentcustomerready, which meansfilling orders,stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and lightcleaning
- Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards programaccounts
- The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on businessneeds
- This role may requireyouto be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hiredinto
