- Our client is looking for a L1 Supoort Technician I to assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance and troubleshooting. This person will conduct inspections and periodic preventative maintenance as required. The Field Technician will diagnose and repair hardware, software issues.
- Maintains a high level of security in assigned areas of responsibility, abiding by established company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of the general aspects of the manufacturing software systems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors and visitors to facility
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
- Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
