no c2c or sponsorship available) Job Description:This opportunity is with a technology company focused on providing innovative data solutions located in downtown Portland. The ideal candidate will have strong software QA experience, knowledge of front-end testing methodologies and tools, and some experience in test automation. From an experience perspective, we are targeting candidates with most of the following:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of software testing experience
- 2+ years of experience writing code professionally (python, java, or similar)
- Experience increasing testability in web-delivered applications
- Experience working in Linux-based platform environment
- Familiar with Git, SVN, JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, SQL, REST, HTTP, and web services are all nice to haves
