Miss Knockout is a locally owned and operated Beauty Salon located in Northwest Portland, specializing in premium lash extensions, waxing services, and skincare.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a professional, responsible, and customer service-oriented esthetician with a passion for lashes, brows, and skincare. This position is available part-time or full-time within our team-oriented salon. At Miss Knockout, we take pride in delivering exceptional services through talented and well-trained technicians who consistently exceed customer expectations. A minimum of one year of experience behind the chair with lash extensions is required. We are eager to train to the "Miss Knockout Way" the right individual to join our team!
General Responsibilities Include:
Conducting consultations to understand client needs and previous experiences.
Providing full sets, lash maintenance, lash lifts, waxing, and tinting based on client preferences.
Learning check-in and check-out procedures for clients.
Assisting in maintaining salon organization and cleanliness.
Delivering excellent customer service and care to all clients.
Educating clients on services, prices, and products.
Offering thoughtful service and retail suggestions.
Maintaining accurate client records and formulas.
Keeping an up-to-date esthetics license.
Supporting marketing efforts and seasonal promotions.
Being aware of team and individual sales goals.
Receiving and implementing feedback to foster growth.
Building strong relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements:
Availability to work evenings and weekends; hours may vary.
Ability and eagerness to learn quickly and expand skill set.
Punctuality and professionalism in both demeanor and appearance.
Valid Oregon esthetics license or reciprocity license for out-of-state applicants.
