IT Specialist will process mailing data for production jobs and will provide a broad range of IT support for users throughout the company.

Signature Graphics is a locally-owned, full-service heatset and coldset commercial printer with direct mail advertising and graphic design businesses located in Portland, Oregon and Spokane, Washington with approximately 150 employees. Since opening in 1984, Signature has become one of the largest printers in the Pacific Northwest.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to design and manage databases and use programs in Microsoft Windows environment such as SQL Server, Access, Excel and Word.

Fluent in Visual Basic, including Visual Basic, VBA (Visual Basic for Microsoft Applications), and VB.NET.

Competent in Crystal Reports using a variety of data sources including use of formulas, sub-reports and commands.

Knowledge of BCC Mail Manager Full Service or similar mailing software plus knowledge of USPS regulations, specifically flat and letter mailings and Full Service options.

Able to troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware and software issues for users throughout the company.
