K and H Construction is looking to for the right fit for our company. We currently have an opening for a finish level carpenter/site lead that we are looking to fill with the right persons.
This person should have a strong background in remodel construction and or maintenance. And this person should feel comfortable in running a crew of 1-3 guys and understanding design/construction plans. We work with a wide range of engineers and designers on a wide range of projects. You should also come with your own hand tools and understanding of job site and customer communication - being respectful.
We are a growing company looking for the right team play to join us - we always start people on a 1099 trial period and if things work out then we provide W2, health insurance, 401k which we match up to 4% and paid time off.
