- Seeking someone who is experienced in English / Japanese / Rare Fruits Gardening

- 1 shift every-other week. This could be a great fit for someone that is looking for supplemental income outside of their primary employment and enjoys the thought of being involved in the journey of developing a very unique property with over 100+ fruiting plants, many exotic including rare figs, asian pears, persimmons, pineapple guava, etc.

Property description - the property is composed of 3 areas:

- approx 1 acre landscaped yard/gardens & fruit trees.

- approx 1 acre of fruit forest with weaving terrain and trails.

- approx 1 acre of sloped land to be developed in the future into terraced gardens.

This position requires planting, pruning, applying amendments, maintaining of trails and wildlife barriers, upkeep of the yard (beds, leaves, mulching, edging), involvement in sustainable care of plants, interest in being involved in permaculture philosophy and Japanese fruit tree practices.

Physical Requirements: This role is perfect for those who thrive on physical outdoor activity and are comfortable with the rigorous demands of gardening on varied terrain. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and manage heavy loads over short distances, as tasks will include carrying materials across trails for planting and maintenance. Stamina and the ability to work with tools at shoulder height or above are also crucial for the successful upkeep and development of the property.
