Job Duties of the Yard Coordinator:
Inventory and Yard-
Maintain inventory of landscaping materials
Operate a loader and forklift and load landscaping materials for landscaping technicians
Assist in the safe loading and unloading of products within the yard
Keep shop and yard organized
Close yard nightly (M-F), ensuring all products and equipment secured properly
Organize and clean trailers, vehicles and equipment
Equipment Repair and Maintenance-
Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with manager
Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
Test and inspect equipment for malfunctioning parts
Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts
Reassemble and reinstall components following repairs
Perform other duties as assigned
