We are a growing property maintenance company seeking a skilled and experienced home maintenance technician to join our team. As a home maintenance technician, you will be responsible for a large variety of repairs for our existing customers.
Responsibilities:
-Fixing routine plumbing issues: leaky faucets, clogged drains and broken pipes.
-Repairing or replacing electrical fixtures and outlets.
-Repairing or replacing doors, windows and drywall.
-Texturing and painting walls and ceilings.
-Replacing carpet, laminate flooring and tile.
-Repairing roof shingles and gutters.
-Installing dishwashers, microwaves, washers and dryers.
-Repairing and replacing decks, patios and fences.
-Respond promptly to work order requests.
-Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
-Keep accurate records of maintenance, hours, invoices, picture logs and repairs.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-We are always looking for painters.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of two years in home maintenance or a related field.
-Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, roof, flooring and minor carpentry repairs.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
-Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and tools.
