We are a small repair and remodeling company that services Portland and surrounding areas. Our company specializes in property management as well as full remodeling projects.
We are looking to hire an additional skilled repair technician to join our team.
Hours will vary from part-time to full-time and may require overtime.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Handyman Work
o Plumbing
o Drywall
o Electrical
o Painting
o Appliance troubleshooting, repair and replacement
- Experience with Remodeling
o Tiling
o Painting
o Carpentry
o Estimating Materials
o Cabinet Replacement
o Bathrooms and Kitchens
You must have your own reliable transportation and the ability to pick up materials and bring them to and from the jobsites. In addition, you need to have your own tools and a smartphone that you can download our apps that we use to track time and progress.
Experience with AppFolio is a plus!
Compensation: $28-30 per hour based on experience
After a 90-day review, pay will increase
