Senior Craftsman / Cabinet Installer

As a Senior Craftsman, you’ll work closely with our Lead Craftsman during onboarding to learn our standards and processes. Once trained, you’ll enjoy independent workdays while continuing to support and guide junior team members. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
What You’ll Do
Deliver and install cabinetry, casework, and related materials with precision and care.
Modify and repair installations as needed, ensuring top-quality results.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior carpenters.
Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Drive between job sites in the Portland/Vancouver area.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of finish carpentry experience (casework preferred).
Strong ability to lead and support others in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
Ownership of trade-related tools and a reliable work vehicle (van or pickup with bed cover).
Physical capability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
Clean driving record (last 2 years) and ability to pass background checks for occupied residences.
A team player who values clear communication and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 hourly wage is negotiable depending on experience level
Licensed Contractors in Oregon welcome to apply as well. Much have current CCB, Bond and Insurance. All Contractors for Cabinetry installations are required to complete the install from Start to Finish including a return trip if applicable.
