Independent contractor for FedEx in Astoria, Oregon seeking full-time and part-time delivery drivers to meet growing demand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Verifiable commercial driving experience of at least one year in the last three years or five years in the last 10 years. May include limo, taxi, Uber, Lyft, pizza delivery, paper delivery, etc.
Valid drivers license (No CDL required)
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check (no felonies) and driving record check
Able to pass DOT physical
Minimum 21 years of age
Punctual & reliable
Knowledge of Astoria & Knappa a plus but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to drive & work in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs (hand truck provided)
Must be able to lift, bend, carry & load packages
