Currently seeking a candidate who can provide customer service in an Industrial Hardware Showroom and Production in the shop facility. Customer service is their number one goal so someone who can easily adapt to both environments quickly and efficiently.
Job duties include, but arent limited too:
Friendly customer service; cashiering, answering questions, finding products and restocking showroom floor, creating hand tickets with legible handwriting, accepting forms of payment and basic forms of math, and working with other members of the team to coordinate orders.
Working with different presses, dies, stationary and handheld cutters, grinders, and torches to create chokers and other logging equipment, custom wire rope and cable, hydraulic hoses, bending of rebar, and the making of fabric and vinyl signage.
Being able to follow instructions and specification per orders placed by customers.
