Commercial Janitorial & Residential Cleaning Position Available
We are seeking reliable cleaning professionals for both occupied and vacant units, including:
Commercial office buildings
Residential homes and apartments (move-out/move-in cleaning)
Requirements:
Must be reliable and take pride in attention to detail
Must have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must have a working cell phone and be responsive within a reasonable time, especially for emergencies
Must be available daily for commercial building cleaning and disinfecting
Must be available for evening or early-morning cleaning shifts (for commercial accounts)
Position Details:
1099 Independent Contractor status
You set your own hours but must remain reasonably available when needed for rental turnovers and commercial cleanings
Pay is based on experience
Preferred but Not Required:
Ability to assist with light maintenance tasks when needed
Additional Information:
A criminal background check will be required prior to hiring
