Manual Machinist Technician
Must be able to look at broken equipment and replicate it for customer needs
Fabricate and shape parts for out of metal and composites
Fabricate, erect, install and maintain facility machinery
Perform preventative maintenance on facility machinery
Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery when possible
Use precision tools, machinery, and equipment and set up and run manual lathes, mills, grinders, and drills accurately and efficiently
Properly select, align, secure, and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Refer to machine drawings when working at the shop or talking to a customer
Must be able to work alone but get along with the team
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Carry out job effectively and efficiently
Must have at least 5 years verifiable experience of welding
Temp to Hire
M-F 7am- 3:30pm
$18-$20/hr DOE
