We're looking for Installers capable of installing the following types of Windows;
- Vinyl Windows (Nail Fin, Stucco Frame, Finless, Drop-Ins/Retro Fit)
- Wood Clad Windows
- Fiberglass Windows
- Patio Sliders
SUB CONTRACTORS PREFERRED FOR YEAR AROUND WORK LOCK DOWN THIS AREA!
These installations are complete replacements only - no repair work to be completed. Position is Monday-Friday with ability to work Saturdays as needed/wanted. Crew/Lead Installers that supply their own materials make anywhere from $25.00 - $30.00/Hour or Piece-Rate on jobs. (Depending on skill level, experience, personal tools, etc.) Installers can expect to make anywhere from $18.00 - $24.00 an hour.
Previous Experience and Skill Requirement:
o At least two years' experience replacing Windows
o Must possess high level finish carpentry skills.
o Ability to manage project installations.
o We're looking for someone with good communication skills, the ability to follow directions, lead a team, and be a team player.
Additionally;
- Act as a favorable representative of the company good customer service skills, being friendly, courteous, trustworthy, and polite are all desirable characteristics.
- Honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail are critical traits.
- Must be able to be respectful in customer's homes and be mindful of their space.
- Must be able to pass a background check
THE LOCATION
Our accounts involve installations across all of the Portland Metro area including;
- North Portland
- Vancouver
- Gresham
- Clackamas
- Tigard
- Hillsboro
- McMinnville
We have the ability to keep crews in certain areas based on need/volume - we are flexible, but will also fulfill the needs of the company.
