DPI Staffing is hiring for an Accounting Technician for one of our clients. This is for an IMMEDIATE opening lasting through December 31st.
This is primarily an Accounts Payable position preferably with some procurement experience.
Duties may include:
Balancing Cash Receipts
Reconciliation of daily cash balances and bank accounts
Prepare and make bank deposits
Preparing Bank Statements
Balancing and preparing Reports
Match purchase orders to Invoices
Process Invoices
A/P and A/R
Procurement experience preferred
The right candidate will have good organizational skills, good with numbers and exceptional people skills.
