Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: The Global Administrative Services Team is seeking a highly-motivated individual to partner cross-functionally with individual organizations on their administrative support models. This role will focus on closely partnering with HR and executive leadership to help best align support and resources for functional admin teams. This role will focus on testing, scaling and stabilizing global programs and resources for their functional groups while also acting as a subject matter expert for the admin space. This position will also focus on developing internal talent for identified functional communities, including talent mapping, succession planning and L&D opportunities. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical experience, as well as the ability to effectively work with cross-functional groups.This role also involves interacting with executive client groups and requires an ability to advise and influence various internal teams across the business. This person will need to be comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to structure and sequence year-over-year planning across multiple work-streams. This role is full-time.Required Skills: Closely align with the functional business area they support for Admin-specific needs

Integrate and partner with Admin Program Managers, HR, Recruiting, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

Partner with functional HR Business Partners and leaders as it relates to Admin Career Expectations, ratio guidance and global program initiatives

Collaborate with HR to define interactions, dependencies, and scope of activities to ensure teams coordinate and collaborate effectively

Partner with HR Business Partners to incubate and scale new programs designed to increase Admin engagement

Partner with functional Lead Admins to provide resources, training, hiring, alignments, and templates

Act as a partner to L&D and Coverage Program Managers and centralize functional Admin requests as it relates to needed Coverage and L&D opportunities

Perform talent and succession planning to identify critical roles and talent gaps

Match internal talent movement and growth with critical vacancies and leadership hiring

Serve as liaison for Admin Managers with the ability to provide tailored manager education as it pertains to admin leveling, promotions, ratings and ratios

Act as a subject matter expert for functional Admins as it relates to questions around PSC, Community resources and Career Expectations

Serve as international point of contact for Admin communities located outside of headquarters and represent their interests, goals and needs

Partner with the Global Shared Services Programs and act as a liaison for hiring and support needs for their functional org

Serve as subject-matter expert and act as a consultant to cross-functional partners in relation to the Admin Community and current and future programs

Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS

5+ years of work experience in recruiting, administrative support or project/program management

2+ years of work experience in a People Operations or HR function

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Experience problem-solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams

Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with talent mapping

Experience with internal mobility and development

Experience drafting communications for a global client group
