Job DescriptionThe Customer Success Representative is a key member of the North America Services Organization, reporting to the Customer Success Manager. They are responsible for working across an assigned territory of higher education, government, and corporate accounts to ensure instructor success and overall satisfaction with Pearson’s digital products. They ensure quick time to value, smooth onboarding experiences, and continued interest in adopted products that secure renewal business.This role fills a territory made up of accounts on Pacific Standard Time and requires the candidate to work 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.Required Experience2 + years experience in a customer-facing pre or post-sale position (Customer Success preferred).

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and from an accredited institution.

Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesPassion and awareness of Pearson's mission and values.

Solid understanding of Customer Success as an industry and the powerful purpose it serves in retaining valued customers.

Proven track record of successful territory management, including solid approaches to time management and strategic prioritization.

Comfortable running reports, analyzing data, and taking action to onboard or deploy outreach aimed at securing usage of our products.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Consistently clear, professional, persuasive, and able to break down complex messages in a way that is accessible to all audiences.

Creative individual open to trying both proven and new approaches to customer engagement.

Ability to personalize every customer's experience with Pearson, delighting every person by going above and beyond in ways an individual benefits from most.

Thrives in fast paced, collaborative work environments.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in consultative selling or supporting products aligned to education or EdTech.

Personal experience designing and/or managing digital courseware and LMS.

Experience with Pearson higher ed digital courseware, such as MyLab, Modified Mastering, or Revel.

Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft 365 Office Suite a plus.

Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be a self-starter.

Highly motivational, energetic and collaborative personality.

Strong analytical skills.

Higher Education experience preferred

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $55-70k.
