DescriptionDirector of Strategy & Ops Advancement, Humana at Home plays an important role within Humana at Home (HAH) to define, land and execute on our key strategic priorities and drive clinical outcomes. You are passionate about using your strong strategic and analytical acumen to identify the highest priority initiatives to create and demonstrate HAH care management value, and partnering with key HAH and enterprise partners (e.g., Pharmacy and Stars Teams, Provider Partnerships) to drive exceptional operational execution of our key objectives. You are curious - you enjoy connecting the dots between business metrics and our frontline, understanding key root causes for what we see in reporting, testing hypotheses for what we could improve to drive value, and transforming ideas into action.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesStrategy and scoping:Assess and prioritize highest impact initiatives across key sources of value for HAH (e.g., Pharmacy collaboration opportunities) based on size, feasibility and incrementally

Translate strategic initiatives into operational roadmaps, including key changes to process flows, IT requirements, reporting requirements, and resourcing requirements

Initiative planning and implementation:Develop plans and operationalize key initiatives through collaboration with key HAH and enterprise partners / stakeholders (e.g., technology, learning, operational teams); consider implications upstream / downstream, impacts to member and associate experience, interdependencies with intersecting projects

Serve as SME / point person for initiatives; partner effectively with other enterprise stakeholders to provide perspective on impact to business, operations, process

Hold accountability for end-to-end of project implementation and meeting key objectives

Analytic and operational improvements:Determine key metric and KPI requirements to track and measure success; monitor and share progress to goals, uncover key root causes and corresponding recommendations to address, and synthesize key learnings for future projects

Conducts key analyses and collaborates with analytics partners to uncover key insights on how we can HAH value across multiple sources of value (e.g., trend, Stars, pharmacy, etc.) and make recommendations to influence strategic decisions and impact business outcomes

Determine key implications from analytic insight and translate into compelling 'stories' and presentations to key stakeholders

Analyze data to identify operational issues and communicate timelyRequired QualificationsBachelor Degree or higher

2-4 years in management consulting and 1-3 years at the level of Manager, Engagement Manager, Case Team lead or Project Leader of equivalent.

Proven organization, planning and prioritization skills to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently (and potential also vendor partners); ability to operate on deadlines

Demonstrated analytic acumen, ability to leverage data to drive decision making and improve outcomes

Strong strategic acumen with focus on continuously improving outcomes and customer experience

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Preferred QualificationsMBA or MD

Prior experience in healthcare industry and project leadership

Deep understanding of Care Management Process

Deep understanding of Humana teams and enterprise interconnectedness
