Job DescriptionThe Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. Working in partnership with leaders in the maternal health field, our company is committing our expertise, our employees and our financial resources to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3). The incumbent supports the activities of the for Mothers team including responsibilities related to: Programmatic Support:· Conduct desk research around key topics within the global health and maternal health space which could include new product innovations, digital interventions, approaches in addressing health equity, and healthcare financing.· Conduct targeted analysis such as landscaping analysis on a particular topic or geography· General support for meeting preparations with internal and external stakeholders, communications, and reporting· Draft/review routine program reports; develop talking points, web site content and presentations based on programmatic content MfMs supports· Review grantee reports and support synthesis of impact· Participate in partner meetings and discussions as well as opportunistic conferences and events that MfMs participates in during the 12 week period.  Required Education & Experience:Candidates must have completed 2 years of college education

Candidates must have experience in public health, international development, public policy, or corporate responsibility

Candidates must have excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills with a high degree of diplomacy and teamwork needed. Must be able to work collaboratively while also exercising independent, good judgment with limited supervision

Preferred Experience & Skills:Candidates with a B.S./B.A. Degree, MPH degree is strongly preferred
