What you will do-This is a global project manager role responsible for advancing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) process across the company and supporting the divisions along their portfolio management journey. This role will own the Product Portfolio roadmap data base, troubleshoot issues, work with IS on improvement projects, and conduct product portfolio reviews with the commercial divisions. This role will lead cross functional groups on various portfolio related projects and then train and mentor others on the PLCM process and tools. The role is a virtual role, located anywhere, and will be global in nature working with all businesses across the company.Product Portfolio Roadmaps
Own the data base
Work with IS on improvement projects
Trouble shoot issues
Monitor usage and work with divisions to insure they are actively using it
Conduct portfolio reviews with the commercial divisions
PLCM Process
SME on the PLCM process
Lead various portfolio related projects with the commercial divisions
Conducts portfolio related analytics and develops Power BI dashboards to illustrate insights
Train divisional leads on the PLCM process and tools
Develop business review templates
Own lifecycle definitions and the implementation with the Accelerate program
Deploy PLCM training materials
Insure product portfolio reviews are embedded within the IBP process within the commercial businesses
Ultimately advance Stryker’s PLCM capabilities
PLCM lead on corporate sponsored projects that impact product portfolios (i.e. EUMDR)
Facilitate the use of portfolio analytics tools to guide the business on decisions around phase out verse product remediation.
What you need-
Bachelor’s degree required
2 years of experience in supply chain or related fields required
2 years of project management experience preferred
