We are looking for Hosts/Hostesses (Front of House Support) who ooze with hospitality, have mature judgement and understand restaurant timing, and get the personal satisfaction from hard work and a job well done.
The Front of House Support responsibilities include:
Providing outrageously gracious service to Guests by ensuring:
o Guests are greeted warmly as soon as they walk in.
o Guests are seated in accordance to floor rotation, with Guest preference and kitchen timing standards in mind.
o Any negative Guest experiences are identified and resolved before the Guest leaves.
o First time Guests are identified and given a special welcome.
o All Guests are given a warm farewell with an invitation to return.
Making sure that Guests are served fresh, fantastic food by controlling the seating rotation, monitoring ticket times, and making adjustments when needed
Ensuring that the properties are 100% neat and clean like new.
Ensuring that tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset after a Guest leaves

Requirements
Positive attitude, you are the first impression a Guest has of Elmer's!
Mature judgment, the Host controls the flow of the dining room and addresses Guests complaints.
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident and comfortable multi-tasking during busy times
Ability to work with fewer rules and more common sense.
Previous customer service is a must, previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
