As a Caregiver, you’ll assist the clients we serve on COVID-safe outings, participate in creative in-home activities, and accompany them to health appointments. Additionally, you'll administer medications, teach coping skills, and assist with personal care, including hygiene, food preparation, laundry and housekeeping. In youth programs, you’ll also support kids with schoolwork and virtual learning.

Kerr empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and other social barriers to lead self-determined lives and reach their full potential. When you join Kerr, you become part of a team motivated to provide innovative and excellent programs, services and care. If you’re looking for a meaningful career where you will help others who are experiencing challenging behaviors or medical choices, we encourage you to apply!
