North Marion School District, which serves the communities of Aurora, Broadacres, Butteville, Donald, Hubbard, and Woodburn, has an immediate need for a Custodian to work nights (2 PM to 10 PM).
Primary responsibilities include general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.), minor facility repairs, and working as part of a team to ensure a safe and healthy school environment.
Our ideal candidate is a high school graduate (or equivalent), has a valid Oregon driver's license, is at least 18 years old, has some prior related experience, can stand/walk entire shift, has the ability to effectively work with staff, students, parents and the general public, on occasion, can regularly lift/push/pull, is able to pass a background check (you will have to pay for fingerprinting), and may have bilingual skills.
Full-time opportunity. M-F. Summer hours may shift to days. Represented by OSEA (labor union). Benefits available through OEBB, first of the month after employment. PERS-eligible (retirement) position.
