Hiring for Processing Tech, Assembly and Quality Inspectors. Pay: Processing Tech $18-20 Assembly Tech II $14 Quality Inspector $13-$14 Shift: Day, Swing & Grave OPEN Skills and Qualifications:Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent.One year certificate from college or technical school; and minimum of two years' operating in the capacity of electronics manufacturing engineering or process technician preferred but not required for final consideration. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Experience in SMT processes desired. This includes, but not limited to: Solder stencil design and ordering.Oven profiling.Familiar with BGA rework principals.Package identification.Knowledgeable with IPC-A-610.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge with pressfit and swage operations.Experience with conformal coating process a plus.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
