Looking for someone to help with our Property Management Maintenance duties. Full time.
Must have own tools, reliable transportation, car insurance and clean driving record.
We have rental properties in Salem, Independence and Tigard. Must be willing to travel to all locations.
Must have at least 5yrs. experiance in the working field.
Willing to learn in areas that you might not know how to fix
Painting
Building fences
Some plumbing
Electrical
Laying floors-carpet and/or LVP Hardwood flooring.
