Polymer Production

Express is now recruiting for an expert polymer production facility located in Woodburn, OR. We are looking for reliable and hard-working people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This position is ideal for the candidate looking to grow alongside a great organization! Express associates will be trained in the areas of production set up, equipment monitoring and filtering finished products.

These are day shift (7am-7pm $15) and night shift (7pm-7am $16) opportunities with overtime (12 hour shifts) and a rotating schedule (4 days one week and 2 days the following week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist various equipment operators with monitoring reactors and transferring materials to and from reactors

Follow product specific instructions to know when and how to pump out batches of product

Install and replace shakes, screens/filters for all batches of product

Takes inventory of shaker screens, canisters and bags.

Clean and maintain process area and equipment

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of recent production, warehouse or related work experience

Ability to effectively speak, read and write in English

Ability to lift between 25 and 50 lbs consistently throughout entire shift

Ability to be consistently stand, walk, go up/down stairs, bend and kneel

Ability to navigate spreadsheets and follow specific directions/processes

Attendance: This position is an evaluation-to-hire position and does require perfect attendance within first 90 days of work.
