Food Processing Plant Looking for a maintenance mechanic (Seasonal Job)
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have good all-around knowledge of
Machine repairs and preventative maintenance.
Welding/fabrication.
Pneumatics, electrical, plumbing, pumps and motors.
Equipment tear-down and set up.
Basic carpentry and building repairs.
Be punctual, dependable and efficient.
Have a comprehensive undrestanding of workplace safety.
Our Ideal Candidate
Has prior experience and good references as a mechanic.
Has above average troubleshootinh skills with the ability to recommend solutions, including purchasing of equiment, parts, and general maintenance items to provide timely and cost efficient repairs.
Is a team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is a confident, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Has the ability to follow directions and follow-up on all service requests.
Has the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal direction.
Has the ability to analyze and successfully resolve problems in a timely manner.
Has the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiples projects.
LME license
Prior experience in a fruit packing/processing plant.
COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly wage, depends on experience .
