Manufacturing Technician Position with Forward-Thinking Company

About the position:

Set the building schedule for incoming work orders based on due dates, priority, complexity, and work station capacity.

Build component parts and assemblies according to work instructions, engineering prints, and bills-of-material in support of customer orders.

Monitor and maintain established inventory levels for components of work station, and notify proper personnel in a timely manner when quantities are approaching re-order points.

Organize and ensure the proper function of the work station, tools, and equipment.

Improve continuously all processes.

Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

About you:

Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.

Good manual dexterity and excellent mechanical aptitude.

Safe and correct use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, and specialized manufacturing machinery. We are willing to train the right candidate on the job.

Capable of reading and understanding English.

Most importantly, you must be reliable and have the ability/willingness to learn new skills, procedures, and alternative work methods.
