We are currently looking for Temporary employees for our seasonal influx of production orders. We are open to temp to hire as well.
Entry Level Production Worker
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain processing equipment in accordance with internal specifications
Maintain consistent speed and accuracy on the production line
Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
Report any machinery issues to management
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Attend all safety and production training
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines
Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
Able to work 8-hour shifts standing
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
