Mack Drilling is looking for a Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of duties in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have past experience working in the construction industry a plus, office experience, knowledge of computer programs, office equipment and enjoy working with the public. Multitasking and communication skills are essential for this position, as is presenting yourself with a professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities / Skills

Answering multi phone lines and directing incoming calls to correct person.

Clerical duties for all correspondence, filing, photocopying and faxing.

Maintaining customer files and data base.

Scheduling service calls and meetings.

Coordinator between customers and team members.

Client follow up as needed.

Greeting all walk in customers and vendors.

Support person for managers and team members.

Researching on multi websites for projects.

Filing reports on time and accurately.

Receive payments.

Enter payroll hours.

Stocking office inventories and supplies.

Provide weekly reports to managers.

Maintain office appearance.

Able to meet deadlines.

Enjoys working with people.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent grammar, spelling, reading and proof reading skills.

Organized with the ability to handle multi projects at once and good time management skills.

Able to handle and receive payments

Enjoys working in a small office.

Ability to adjust to changing priories.

Helping with trade shows.

Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00.
