Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects
Prepare, distribute, and track lien releases
Obtain information and approvals required from the owner, architect, and engineers for the timely processing of drawings and documentation
Prepare contract item list
Establish and maintain document control procedures
Manage project closeout, secure all guarantees and warranties required for final acceptance
Monitor Insurance Certificates for compliance to company policies
Manage punch list items and coordinate inspection and sign off of completed punch lists
Manager RFIs, Change order Documentation and Pricing. Prepare change orders and assemble backup documentation.
Provide support to Superintendent and Field Team to maintain project schedule and budget
Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
A basic understanding of accounting and cost control procedures
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs, including Excel, One Note, Microsoft Project Scheduling Software
Stable work history
Strong organizational and time management skills
