We are looking for an experienced individual who presents an enthusiastic and professional demeanor to fill a Leasing Agent position at Eola Heights. Eola Heights is a large, 152 unit, apartment community in Salem, Oregon that offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with many amenities in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
The Leasing agent will be responsible for showing apartments and assisting prospective residents in selecting and applying for an apartment. They will also perform office/clerical work to help maintain files and current resident's paperwork.
A generous compensation is offered in exchange for the 40/hrs a week which includes rent credit towards a spacious 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment home plus a salary of $1800.00 a month. This position comes with health and dental benefits.
Having experience in apartment management is strongly preferred.
Education minimum of high school diploma/GED.
Must be able comfortable with using computers and office software.
Must have strong mathematical skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
