Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for a Part time Administrative & Marketing Assistant for a Salem area event space! This long term opportunity is ideal for candidates who are seeking a part time role where they can utilize their creative writing skills while overseeing events and marketing for the business.Â
The Administrative & Marketing candidate is responsible for:
Acting as the point of contact for customers during evening and weekend events
Create social media posts
Write Press releases
Update Newsletters and mass emails
Write creative and professional pre/post show emails
Marketing projects including hanging posters throughout the Salem area
Data entry and office support
Create mailings, stamp, and preparing marketing mailers and thank you cards
Assist team as needed
Additional duties as assigned
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
Excellent writing skills and creative writing ability
Excellent computer skills including MS OfficeÂ
Organized with great time management
Able to resume work when facing multiple interruptions
Ability to prioritize work effectively
Outgoing and friendly personality
Reliable and punctual
Needs valid ODL and transportation within 40 miles of Salem
Schedule:
Needs to be available 4pm-Midnight, depending on event schedule
Will work evenings and weekend events
Schedule will be posted typically one week or more in advance
Pay: $13/hr + DOE
