Willson House, located in Salem Oregon, is one of eighteen communities that we manage.
Our Resident Liaison is responsible for ensuring the communication between Willson House and outside agencies for our residents that are on a specific needs contract (SNC) with the state. This includes scheduling SNC meetings and note taking during the meetings. Maintaining accurate resident and administrative files. Responding to inquiries for SNC; tracking through the move in and discharge process. Maintains a reputable relationship with outside agencies; does out reach for potential SNC residents. Schedules SNC residents health care appointments, coordinating transportation and escort support. Tracks SNC employee training and reports to the state.Qualifications: Previous experience working with older adults preferred, but not required. Previous experience with Specific Needs Contracts preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of health care terminology highly desired. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others; including coworkers, our residents and their family members, outside agencies and vendors. Excellent phone etiquette. Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision. Must be able to successfully pass a DHS background check.Benefits: Access to our medical, dental and vision plans, the first of the month following 60 days of employment with 90% employer coverage by CCL.
