Thabet Management is looking for candidates to fill a full-time supervisor position at our fuel station and convenience store in Aurora, OR. We are looking for an energetic leader who will take pride and ownership in their site. Integrity and the ability to work with and manage staff are of the utmost importance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Previous cash handling experience.
-A minimum of two (2) years in a retail/customer service environment preferred.
-Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
-Experience in supervising and training staff.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Exceptional customer service.
-Open availability including weekends and holidays.
-Must be 18 years or older
DUTIES:
-Complete and post the staff work schedules.
-Maintain business records as outlined by Thabet Management. Analyze business records to increase sales.
-Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
-Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a cashier/fuel attendant.
-Train newer or less experienced cashiers/attendants in their tasks and responsibilities.
PHYSICAL:
-To work any area of establishment as required and to operate a computerized point of sale system/cash register.
-Position required bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
-Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
