Stratus Dynamics Ltd is looking for a Tech Support to assist onsite IT manager in upgrading current equipment within a government facility near OSU campus. Ongoing support is part of a multiphase contract, employment will last a year to assist the customer. This is a large volume facility, experience in an large office environment and customer service is needed. The following are the main attributes needed to provide support:
. Microsoft Windows support person with a minimum of 2 years experience supporting windows in an office environment.
. Must have experience upgrading computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10
. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Networking, Troubleshooting a plus
. Customer service experience is a plus
. Position is a 1 year contract, will continue based upon performance
. Hours 8am-5pm
