Musts:
Have tools.
Must possess master level knowledge.
Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
Knowledge of light duty diesel trucks and light passenger vehicles
Valid Class C Drivers license
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and electronics.
Ability to perform advanced repairs, such as engine rebuilds and electrical system troubleshooting.
Familiarity with computer-based repair manuals and service bulletins.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced diagnostic tools, such as oscilloscopes or reprogramming equipment.
Strong time management skills to meet service deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to customers and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues accurately.
Physical Requirements:
Comfort working in various conditions, including exposure to noise, chemicals, and automotive fluids.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise repairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
