WANTED A Delivery Driver Extraordinaire!
We are a small employer local in both Salem and Eugene, Oregon seeking emplomes for our upcoming peak season; though we are hiring for seasonal workers, if you are an employee we just can't go without, option for permanent employment will be offered. We employ delivery drivers. Driving and delivering are very different tasks but those two tasks make up most of the work day for our teammates. Our business is and was built on hard work, reliability, self-motivation, honesty, respect, communication and TEAMWORK. We are looking to add 3-5 hardworking individuals to our team who possess these skills and more!

"BARE BONES" QUALIFICATIONS:
All or nothing sorry
Pizza delivery, transport of items or people for 1 year within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10
Motor vehicle record (MVR) of no more than 3 moving violations in the past 12 months
Background check free from misdemeanor and felony convictions within the past 7 years
Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (paid for by us)
21 yrs of age or older
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 150 lbs
THE "NITTYGRITTY"
Important Job Duties Included but not limited to:
Maintaining an excellent safety record
Represent our company in a reputable manner
Provide outstanding customer service
Uphold coding integrity and accountability
Self-sufficient once training
Attention to detail (details of houses, details of truck defects)
Map minded and/or at least a general sense of direction N, S, E,W
Maintain the interior of the company vehicles for cleanliness
Daily vehicle inspection reports to maintain optimum condition
Willing to go the extra mile (literally)
Communication with coworkers, management and customers alike
Work days and schedule may vary or change dependent on company needs
6-day minimum work weeks during peak season (November-December).
Typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday OR Monday-Friday
Required additional hours especially in peak season if necessary.

Very competitive hourly wage starting at $18/hour if/when job criteria is met
WAGE BREAKDOWN:
$16/hour base wage+$1/hour for remaining safe (without property damage, injuries or accidents) +$1/hour for maintaining our service levels on your route of 99.5% or higher, no early, late or missed pickups and remaining complaint free
