Our Global Audit & Advisory team brings its extensive experience and passion to support NIKE navigate the many risks and opportunities associated with its digital transformation. As one of our Expert Auditors, you will use expert-level audit craft, deep technical subject matter experience, teamwork, and adept interpersonal skills to bring valuable insights to help management effectively handle risk while NIKE continues its digital transformation. You'll be part of the larger Global Risk Management team where collaboration and innovation are celebrated!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?

In this role you will lead Global Risk Management's ongoing advisory & assurance approach to large program transformations across Nike. You'll define the engagement model and develop a multi-year plan to engage Nike's largest business transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with key program and enterprise partners to complete targeted audit and advisory engagements. You'll also deepen partnerships to strengthen collaboration and coordination across the three lines of defense.

You'll independently plan and lead a range of projects, develop team members during engagements, review and approve other's work, provide creative and strategic business-oriented recommendations, and deliver executive level verbal and written communications to a variety of partners across the company. You will also help advise how the Audit & Advisory team evolves our approach to auditing across key functional areas where digital transformation is taking place. Your work will be highly visible to NIKE executive management and the Board of Directors Audit & Finance Committee.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?

You will report to the Global Technology audit & advisory director as a key encouraging leader and risk leader within the team, and partner closely with the Strategic Risk Management team within the broader Global Risk Management department. You'll also cultivate and maintain a range of partner relationships with digital transformation teams across Strategic Enterprise Capabilities, Finance and Human Resources.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Expert-level risk-based audit craft - developing/performing risk assessments, connecting risks to business objectives, developing/carrying out robust test plans and collecting work in well-documented work papers.
  • Strong experience with financial business case modeling and management of benefits realization.
  • Expert-level experience with large scale ERP pre/post-implementation reviews, point in time program health-checks and risk advisory projects.
  • Expert-level understanding of portfolio and program management activities.
  • Strong experience with agile development and product management activities.
  • Expert-level experience addressing compliance requirements within a large-scale enterprise program or agile developed product.
  • Proven ability to identify business and technology risks and understand the internal control environment and work with clients to develop practical recommendations to mitigate those risks.
  • Strong experience auditing general computing controls (ITGCs), including security/access, change control, systems development, and technology operations.
  • Strong experience with change and transition management practices and techniques.
  • Minimum of 8 years of dynamically responsible experience in audit and risk advisory combined with direct program and project management experience.
  • CPA, CIA or CISA and PMP or Agile certifications highly preferred.
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
  • High learning agility, growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences both in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)
