We are looking for an experienced audit project leader with a curiosity about Enabling Functions to join the Global Risk Management (GRM) team. This role requires someone who is highly effective at leading teams, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, collaborative, a strong communicator across all organizational levels, and demonstrates initiative. Strong audit skills and project management experience are also needed to identify sophisticated business risks, evaluate the internal control environment, and deliver valuable audit results. The ideal candidate will also bring subject matter expertise and experience in auditing Enabling Functions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Global Audit Enabling Functions Senior Manager, you will collaborate with a wide variety of business partners located in multiple geographies and lead high impact assurance projects to improve operational capabilities, evaluate the efficiency of the control environment, optimize risk, and promote an ethical culture through risk based assurance and insights. As part of your role, you will also build and maintain functional subject matter expertise and educate the broader GRM team, strengthen partnerships with key partners to conduct risk assessment activities, and champion continuous improvement within GRM processes and results. You will regularly liaise with Finance, HR, Procurement and other partners and work collaboratively with Legal and the Ethics & Compliance Office on privileged and confidential projects.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role reports directly to the Global Audit Director of Enabling Functions within GRM. You will lead global audit projects as part of a team to deliver executive-level reports to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • 6+ years professional relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of external and/or internal audit experience
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SOX Compliance
  • Ability to apply advanced-level audit skills and knowledge in the execution of operational work at a project-level to interpret business partner needs, assess requirements, and determine solutions for non-standard requests within the context of a project
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex and sensitive information with minimal oversight
  • Proven track record of independently solving complex problems in support of strategic objectives
  • Experience using project management skills which aid in the timely completion of project deliverables for themselves and for others, requiring minimal guidance from others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a business-related field
