Budget Store and Lock Self Storage is hiring for a full time position immediately. Customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary, we will train you ! Your working hours are always day shift, Monday thru Saturday 9am to 5pm. All major Holidays off.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries and rentals
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
