The Denzel Group has been chosen by a top company in the Lehigh Valley area to fill a full time Cisco Voice Engineer position. Our client offers excellent benefits and a fantastic work environment! In this role you will design, implement, and support voice, telecommunication, multimedia, and contact center infrastructure and related computer systems.
Responsibilities –- Review, design, plan, implement and manage complex VOIP, traditional and cloud telecommunication systems and services, Telephone contact center.
- Lead new technology evaluations in network communications, phone switches, voice/unified messaging, video, VOIP, cloud PBX, call accounting and management and methodologies.
- Support voice and data telecommunication systems and services, including hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance.
- Extensive experience and strong working knowledge of Cisco Voice Systems and Video conferencing systems including Cisco Unified Communication, Call Manager, Unity and Contact Center systems.
- Strong experience working with Cisco networking systems including Cisco Voice Gateways, switches and routers.
- Experience with SIP Trunk and PRI configurations including failover redundancy for multiple sites.
