This position will be a member of the Clinical Trial Division (CTD) Commercial Finance team, working closely with the Senior Manager of Commercial Finance to transform our external customer experience.Our Commercial and Operations Finance function is a business partner to our customer focused global sales teams. By leading activities such as process development and customer engagement while building on analytics and reporting skills, you will help craft the commercial success of our business areas for senior leaders and the sales teams. You will develop a robust skill set as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building interpersonal capabilities to drive profitability & customer happiness. It suits an individual with a passion for data analytics and a real desire to develop and succeed within a fast paced, innovative global FP&A function!Key Responsibilities:Business process support:Support the development of processes that are scalable and effective in meeting customer needs during a period of transformation
Analytics and Data support:Develop and use critical metrics to influence outcomes and priorities
Ability to draw insights from multi-layered data sources
Develop operational metrics to enable data-driven decision-making support
Drive standardized and automated analysis and reporting around the network
Streamline existing and introduce enhanced reporting and analysis solutions that provide support for system projects and implementations
Collaborate with multiple partners to get results
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the reporting landscape, reconciling data and standardizing processes as needed
Flex system and data analytic capabilities including HFM, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
Other ad-hoc support as needed
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant experience
5+ years of related experience in financial and operational analysis, reporting and accounting
Track record of consolidating financial results from multiple sources for the purpose of coherent analysis
