Hybrid Role For Our Growing Center Valley Location!We have a phenomenal opportunity for an expert Finance Commercial Operations Manager to join our growing team based in Center Valley, PA . This position will be a member of the Clinical Trial Division (CTD) Commercial Finance team, working closely with the Senior Manager of Commercial Finance to transform our external customer experience. The role will lead initiatives to drive process improvements, incorporate customer requirements and other measures to elevate the customer experience.Our Commercial and Operations Finance function is a business partner to our customer focused global sales teams. By leading activities such as process development and customer engagement while building on analytics and reporting skills, you will help craft the commercial success of our business areas for senior leaders and the sales teams. You will develop a robust skill set as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building interpersonal capabilities to drive profitability & customer satisfaction. It suits an individual with a passion for accelerating change and implementing improvements within global cross-functional environment!Key Responsibilities:Business process support:Works closely together with the account manager to advance overall customer satisfaction
Defines and tracks metrics; maintains unified Dashboards and reports on global project / program progress
Support the development of processes that are scalable and effective in meeting customer needs during a period of transformation
Drive the delivery of operational reporting and craft invoicing solutions for clients
Understand clinical trial study design and relate to contractual obligations, such as a quote or Master Service Agreement (MSA)
Build robust connections internally to ensure success in external customer-facing interface for reporting, invoicing, and collections
Promotes effective teamwork between departments, maintaining continuous communication, and ensures the work delivered to customers is of a consistently high standard
Translates customer needs into existing MSA, collaborates with commercial team to monitor and amend price agreements as the need arises
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field or relevant experience
5+ years of related experience in financial and operational analysis, operational excellence, or process improvement
Track record of operational success
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
