The Denzel Group is partnered with a growing healthcare organization on their quest to fill a Helpdesk Technician position. The selected candidate will provide level 1 and 2 help desk and technical support for devices, apps, systems, and operations.
Responsibilities- Ensure all user requests and tickets are handled.
- Troubleshoot, research and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Security access requests and audit reporting.
- Landline phone administration.
- Assist with servers, network and other devices.
- 2+ years’ IT Support for end users and systems.
- Experience with ITIL, O365, Windows 10, desktop, servers and mobile device support.
